Parent or Legal Guardian Request for
Annual Professional Performance Review (APPR) Information
In accordance with Section 3012-c of the Education Law, regarding the Annual Professional Performance Reviews (APPR) of teachers and principals, the District is obligated to release the individual composite effectiveness scores and final ratings of teachers and principals. Parents/legal guardians may request such information for the principal of the school building and teachers to whom the student is assigned for the current school year. Parents/legal guardians wishing to obtain such data must make a written request to the Superintendent of Schools. The identity of parents/legal guardians will be verified and an appointed school official will communicate the data verbally. The request forms can be downloaded below.
