Graduation Update

Graduation Update:

Our Drive-Thru Graduation is quickly approaching and I wanted to make sure everyone is aware of the plan. Attached to this email is the letter that was sent out at the beginning of June via Postal Service with info on graduation. With restrictions being lifted a few days ago, here are some changes:

Family Members will be able to get out of the car and come on stage after the graduate walks across to get pictures with the family.
As stated in the letter more than one car per family is allowed, but we ask that you call the Main Office by Wednesday, June 23rd to let us know how many in order to coordinate the line procession.

Graduates are now asked to arrive at 5:15. Families can park at the old Syracuse China parking lot and walk over to get pictures on the campus. At 5:30 we will take a group photo near the playground with all the graduates. After that we will ask all families to proceed to their cars for the processional line up. Officer Jim and other staff will be there to assist in this process. We will be collecting the gowns as students exit off the stage

Some other things to note:

Graduate names will be displayed on our sign out front beginning on Monday.
8th Graders will be getting their gowns on Monday.
Last Day for 8th Graders is Wednesday, June 23rd
As a reminder, the 8th Grade Celebration is today from 3:15-5:15. Students will be receiving 2021 lawn signs and 8th grade class t-shirts. We will have food, music, games and students will be able to watch the Well Wishes Video and The 8th Grade Slideshow. These two videos will also be shared with families.
I think that is it for now. Please don't hesitate to call with questions.
